my daughter claims she hit a curb. i found the toe in adjustment but while I was adjusting it I noticed the whole wheel is pushed back almost touching the wheel well. Any ideas on what could be the problem and is it something I can fix. I am mechanically inclined and do most minor repairs myself but have never fixed something like this.
