Is This An Indianapolis 500 Pace Car?

We know the year is 1987, and I know that they did a coupe, but the pictures I have been seeing don't look anything like what the car I have looks like. We don't have papers because the man died and their family just gave us the car for 1 dollar, so I was hoping this forum could help me a little.

It was probably just the pace car edition, not a pace car replica, which likely was some sort of trim package.

All the pace car editions were convertibles and had it written large across the side of the car. That's just a sticker that someone put there.
