Hey everyone,

I'm having the problem that is baffeling me. My 05 Taurus is stalling on the first start only when it's cold out. I have a Vulcan engine.

Have you scanned it for possible codes? How many miles are on it and have you scanned it for codes? If you turn the steering to full lock and hold it there for a couple of seconds when the car is idling, does it try to stall or does the IAC keep the engine speed pretty much constant?
