Little heat in my 94 Dakota

It is cold as SH@T right now but My heater after 10 minutes of driving will barely heat up the cab and I can hardly feel anything blowing out but hear the fan turn? Whats up?

Try a reverse flush of your heater core.

You have two hoses going to the heater when the system is up to temperature feel both hoses they should be hot to touch. If they are not the flush should help but you may need a new heater core.
Sometimes a vacuum hose to the blend door breaks or gets plugged. Make sure you have vacuum to the blend door operator.
