Does anyone know for sure if the cam pulley bolts are normal thread, or left hand? I assumed they were normal, but I have tried a breaker bar and a pulley holder that I made, and they do not want to budge. I am doing the timing belt and water pump, and the cam seals show some signs of minor oil leaking.

Please respond only if you know for sure, as I do not want to twist off a cam pulley bolt!! THANKS

:grinno: Answered my own question.* Regular, normal threads.* I borrowed a "Hillbilly Impact" wrench, which I had never seen.* It is kind of like a impact screwdriver, but works from the side for minimal clearance situations like the cam bolt by the strut tower.* You just put on your socket, and smack it with a hammer!* They both came loose real easy with this tool!!* Hope this might help someone else....
