i have a 96 lumina and we change the master cyclinder and calipers we bleed the brakes by hand and by the machine but we cant get any pressure on the front brakes when the car turns on but when its shut off pressure comes back any ideas plz tell me

Welcome to AF, did the system run dry of fluid, including the abs, did you bench bleed the master cylinder before installing?
