Im just wondering on what you think of my car. Its pretty stock but I am definatley going to do some heavy mods. First mods are for show but then I will go for performanca later on. So far I have a cat back tanabe exhaust, intake for performance. I also have Plantinum Bosch +4's but Im not sure if I wasted my money buying them. Other than that I have tint, clear corners, radar detector, GSR rims, Super white headlights and corner lights and so on...:flash:

Whats up with the VTEC emblem? I didn't know LX's had VTEC :confused:

Looks alright now. It'd look better lowered a few inches.

BTW, those are Integra LS rims, not GSR rims.

Looks ok. I see a vtec sticker, did you buy vtec cams for your civic?

Though they are only LS rims, I like them better than GSR rims.

you should look into removing the pin stripe and color matching the door handles and molding.

Have the door handles painted your body color, it will improve the looks a lot. What other mods do you have other than the ones already listed? Maybe a new steering wheel would do good. The stock one is quite heavy, and when I changed mine the Momo steering wheel definitely made steering lighter and better.

The VTEC sticker was on there and im afraid that if I take it off it will leave some kind of residue or something.. and yea I meant LS rims. The Integra that you see is my neighbors.. that green one in the picture... My rims came off of that car.. he gave them to me.. Nice guy. I personally like the ones I have better than the ones he has now.. Thanks guys

If theres any residue after taking the VTEC piece off, then u can get it off with goo-gone. Painlessly easy and harmless to your paint

Yeah that emblem needs to go but other than that, it is clean looking. I agree to drop it a few inches. If it were my car personally, I would do that stuff and then mod the hell of out it and make it a sleeper.

If theres residue just use a little solvent thats what they use in the detail bay at my workplace which is an Acura dealer. Other then that it needs a drop and looks better then that ugly ass green integra in the front with the big ugly chrome wheels, and fender chrome on an import just looks plain ghey.

I bought touch up paint and a can of spray paint for cars and matches my color. I have FROST WHITE. But im just scared that it might be a little off due to the age of my paint... I dont know... can I have some suggestions on painting my handles and molding? Like best ways to do it.. for them to last.. :-) thanks guys! Also... how is it that I see some cars without moldings? I took mine off once and of course there were holes for the clips..

if you bought the paint and it matches fairly close you are good to go.
start by removing your inner door panels (if you have'nt bought a book to work on your car do it now). once you remove the panel with your window up start to remove clips for the molding and the clips for the door handles. the same procedures go for the molding on the rear panel and fenders. once everything is taken out make a nice clean well vented area and lay all of your parts out to be painted. stand at least 12" away if not a little more. in short bursts and a side to side motion start to paint everything. remember to little paint is better than to much. once all areas are covered wait about 45min and add another coat if nessacery. you could put some clearcoat over the paint if you like after.

take off that vtec emblem (you will get the residue off i promise)
and lower it. then as said above, make that shit fast as hell and you'll have a nice ass sleeper >;]

take off the VTEC sticker, lower the car, get rid of the acura rims (yes even tho its honda still, acura goes on acura...) jus get rid of every mod u have basically cept ur radar detector (even tho that's not a mod). sorri, i may sound harsh, but he did ask for opinions, an that is mine...its rice rite now.

I disagree. Webs look tight as hell on civic's. The only thing I see rice on it is the VTEC badge. Keep up the good work. Swap that motor drop it !!!

uh...cuz none of them are real mods...i mean...hyper whites, clear corners? 'm sorri, if ur new to the scene, then its a start, but IMO the car is rice...thas jus my view tho...i'm pretty harsh about cars tho.

He has an intake and Tanabe exhaust, if you noticed. Basically you have those mods as well, as listed on your sig.

An alternative to getting rid of the badge is dropping in a VTEC engine :D

all im saying...is don't list more then wut u have...i don't consider "clear corners" an ish like that a mod. its rice to me. its only my opinion tho...he asked for opinions an i gave it to him. im not insulting him at all. i'm all for ppl doing wut they want...BUT he ASKED for opinions, and that is my honest opinion.

uh...ur an insecure little guy aren't u? ur 92 civic is a beast :rolleyes: . bring it up to wa, an i'll show u jus how "rice" my car is...once again, U ASKED FOR HONEST OPINIONS AND I GAVE IT TO U. i don't see why everyone thinks u have to be nice on here when ppl ask about their cars...tell it like it is, an get over it. if u want everyone to say "nice things" about ur car...then get a car that actually looks nice. don't throw some piece of rice online, an expect everyone to like it.
