Fan was making a noise when first switched on then it would quiet down.
Now I have no Blower/Fan on any setting. Any suggestions what to try.

Try a new blower motor...that screeching sound is the motor bearings giving up. Pretty simple. Also check that you're getting power to the blower...and check the blower fuse, since a seized motor will cause a high draw on that power circuit.

Good luck!

I'm sure you'll find that the motor is binding this then increases the current flow thru the resistor circuit and this then melts the voltage droping resistors as well as damaging the relay contacts..

let us know whats up...it could also be debris causing this...check that the cabin filter if so equipt is clean......

Under Passenger kickpanel is the blower and blower resistor which increases voltage to blower for high speed nad decreases for lower speed, seems its common for these to burn out causing no power to get to blower! Check for power going into resistor pack. If none and fuse is good its more than likely your HVAC cotroller.
