sell or keep?

Should I sell my 92 GS-R and get a 94+ GS-R or should I keep it and put a Skyline R33 conversion on it ?

skyline front belongs on a skyline...IMO, keep it clean an put the money into a motor instead of things like that.

R33 conversion is phat, i would go with that and make people wonder what it even is.

I completely agree. I've seen the B17 put out 200hp at the wheels N/A.

get a new integra, if you want, but keep it obd-1.

if he did the headlights from a skyline and put orange blinkers where the aftermarket foglights are i think it would be an identical front-end to a GTR R33. like i sad it just would set other people up for disappointment and eventually set himself up for ridicule.

even the headlights out of a newer jdm integra would look more fitting. but you're right, his headlights throw off the skyline/silvia look. so all in all i guess we've decided it's a pointless waste of money.

well, this is a real s14 siliva and it looks nothing like that. that pic when compared to the 2 i have looks much more like an R33 GTR skyline

before you get on here calling people retards when you are one yourself, why not ask where i got the pic etc. allbodykits.com shows this front end for 90-93 Integras and it's an R33 front end and is $225 bucks new! The whole bodykit is somewhere around $550. I'm not trying to make people think that I'm driving a Skyline either. I liked the front end. I don't care that it's a conversion or whatever. So before you get on here talking $hit you better know what you're talking about!

ok, well just to let you know it has been my friend using my name some lately, anything about his 92 gsr and anything about probes(he has one of them too) has been him, anythingabout a civic hatch with CRVTEC has been me. I changed my pass word though and am going to tell him to make a new name.

tell him he should hang on to his 92 GSR and not fuck it up with bodykits and such, cause those things are pretty rare <92 gsrs that is> and very badass

As for my opinion(although you seem pretty determined to do the conversion) is that skyline headlights should stay on a skyline, sivia headlights on a silvia,etc. Im not completely against a little show quality in a car(eg.ice) but i think doing a conversion takes away from the cars personality and integrity and also its identity.

Alright to clear it up for good I don't want the headlights, I don't want to make my car a skyline or a silvia. All I wanted was that front bumper because I liked the way it looked. It doesn't have anything to do with the fact that it's off a skyline or slivia or whatever. I used to be 94tegrs (or use that username anyways) to make things easier. The reason I want that bumper is because I am not all that happy with the one I have right now. (It's a bigmouth). I like it from upclose but when you get farther away you can see it curve up towards the middle and I think that makes it look really ugly. If anyone else has any good suggestions for a nicer front bumper please tell me.

by the way, if you have a true 92 GSR, you have a B17A rather than a B16A like is listed in your sig

Keep your 92 and keep it clean ... 92 GSR's are VERY rare and worth a lot of money.

An engine doesn't make the whole car. There are other reasons why the model is a GS-R. I bought the car with the B16 instead of the B17 and I don't know for sure why it was swapped out. But that doesn't mean my car isn't a GS-R anymore. It might not have the GS-R engine anymore but that's about it.
