I assume you have a Voyager SE, b/c the base Voyager only got a 3.3 that ran on Compressed Natural Gas in 1996. Oddly enough - most of the vehicles on this list didn't come with a V6 option - the largest engine in several of them is a 2.4 or 2.5 liter I4. 1996 PLYMOUTH VOYAGER SE 3.3L 201cid V6 MFI (R) : Transmission-Automatic : Rebuild Kit Chrysler CIRRUS (1998 - 2000) CIRRUS LX/LXi (1995 - 1997) LEBARON GTC (1995) PT CRUISER (2001 - 2007) PT CRUISER LIMITED/TOURING (2006 - 2007) PT CRUISER TURBO (2003) SEBRING (1999 - 2007) SEBRING JX/JXI (1996 - 2000) SEBRING LIMITED/TOURING (2007) SEBRING LX/LXI (1995 - 2000) TOWN & COUNTRY (1995 - 2003) TOWN & COUNTRY LX/LXI (1996 - 2001) TOWN & COUNTRY SX (1997 - 1998) VOYAGER (2001 - 2003) VOYAGER LX 2001Dodge AVENGER (1995 - 2000) AVENGER ES (1995 - 1998) C3500 PICKUP HD CHASSIS CAB 1999 CARAVAN (1995 - 2004) CARAVAN C/V 1995 CARAVAN ES/LE (1995 - 1997) CARAVAN SE (1995 - 2007) CARAVAN SPORT 2001 GRAND CARAVAN (1995 - 2003) GRAND CARAVAN ES/SE(1995 - 2001) GRAND CARAVAN EX 2001 GRAND CARAVAN LE (1995 - 1997) GRAND CARAVAN SPORT (2001 - 2003) NEON ACR 2002 NEON ES 2002 NEON R/T (2002 - 2004) NEON SE/SXT (2003 - 2005) STRATUS (1995 - 2005) STRATUS ES (1995 - 1998) STRATUS R/T 2002 STRATUS SXT 2006Eagle EAGLE TALON TSI (1995 - 1998)Mitsubishi ECLIPSE (1996 - 1997) ECLIPSE GS/RS/GS-T/GS-X (1995 - 1998) ECLIPSE SPYDER GST (1996 - 1998) GALANT 1995Plymouth PLYMOUTH BREEZE (1996 - 2000) PLYMOUTH GRAND VOYAGER (1995 - 2000) PLYMOUTH GRAND VOYAGER LE/SE (1995 - 1997) PLYMOUTH VOYAGER (1995 - 2000) PLYMOUTH VOYAGER LE/SE (1995 - 1997)This means that the preceeding vehicles all had the same or similar internals, and require the same rebuild/overhaul kit. I'm pretty sure your friendly local junkyard owner is stupid - but I've never done the swap myself, so I can't say for sure. Hopefully - this helps. PS - often times, interchange manuals won't list that a transmission is interchangeable over something as simple as sensors needing to be swapped from the broken transmission. This is something you'll have to look into. If you plan on doing the swap yourself, find a Caravan or Voyager w/ a 3.3 in the Junkyard, and pull whatever tranny you'd like to match up to it. If it bolts in, check that you can swap the sensors. Time consuming, but worthwhile in the end, usually. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
