But I didn't and I am so glad! We've had nothing but snow here for the past two weeks. My Rodeo laughs at snow. It thinks it tickles. Even when it's up to the bumper. Just keeps on going. Laughing. Mocking the snow because the snow has no power over it at all. I want another Rodeo now. One with SOTF.

Oh, and us long-timers can't throw in the towel now....our trucks have owned us too long!

My Rodeo isn't anything special. Bone stock everything. But a pic next to the FIVE FEET of snow we currently have could be interesting, I guess.

Yes, that's 5 feet. Just saw the cumulative total on the news this morning. 59.7 inches in less than 2 weeks.

What is this snow you speak of?

And bone stock?! Ha!! I have an aftermarket head unit!

Does your 3.2L still run a little rough, Fuzz?

I'm jealous! We havent had squat for snow in town. I loved it when we got 3' a couple years ago. So much fun to play in with the rodeo pulling out ppl in non Isuzus.

All stock.. pshh...:loser: :cwm27:

Heh  Other than the normal lifter rattle it's been running good. Just recently been having a random hard starting problem but I figure it's due for plugs or something.

Yeah, I have an aftermarket stereo too. Forgot about that!

Absolutely nothing wrong with having a stock Rodeo, mine was that way for a long time. I honestly don't have anything aftermarket wise compared to members on the Planet.

Still would like to see pics...I've never seen your truck.

Ok. Here's my Rodeo next to a very large pile of snow in front of my house. The packed snow on the road is about 4 inches thick and the lawn under all that snow is at road level. Gives you an idea of how much snow we have. Several buildings have had roofs collapse and all the Wal-Marts in town are closed until they can get the snow off the roofs. Costco is closed too. One of the grocery stores here had their roof collapse and they completely remodeled the store last year.

Nice looking truck. Are you north of the border?

Not quite but close! I'm in Spokane WA. We should be getting another 8 inches of snow by Monday. I've lived here 20 years and this is the most snow I've ever seen here and we still have 2-3 months of winter left. I'd better take good care of the snow blower. :headshake

Yeah. You guys are getting hammered this winter. Hope you can find a way to enjoy it a little.

It's not horrible. Well, to some it may be. I do have a 4x4 and a snowblower which makes it easier for me. I've been taking my 6 year old son sledding. He has a blast. I would pull him, by hand, down the street running and then reverse direction suddenly. He slides around backwards laughing and yelling "WEEEEEE!!!" the whole time.

I'd say the worst part is that we had temps above freezing for a couple days and that started melting stuff and leaving slush piles in intersections which have now refrozen making it VERY bumpy. The snow removal crews here are very much less than adequate. They have plowed snow on main roads but not all the way to the curb. Now, we have many 4 lane roads that are reduced to one lane on each side with a large portion of the right lane covered in a 5 foot snow berm. Then these pinheads around here think they can still squeeze in even though 75% of the right lane is unusable.

:Sigh: This winter has truly been a challenge this year.

Nice truck...I like the color.

Does Washington usually get that much snow?

Not really. Lots of records are being broken this year.

Here is an article about it in the local paper.

Yeah, this isn't normal for us. We got over 5 feet of snow before the end of December. I think it was about 6 inches more than the record. We got dumped on pretty good last year but that was late winter. February, I think. Before last year we had winters with almost no lasting snow. It would snow, melt, snow again, melt. This stuff isn't gonna melt until July, I think.

Hey, 95.5 Rodeo, I didn't know you lived here. I see you live on Grace. I know where that is. I'm up on the North Side by the Wal-mart on Colton St.

Small world, isn't it?

The house on Grace street is directly north of Spokane Community College. I am remodeling the home and placing it on the market for sale. I'm living in the Spokane Valley right now.

If you are still in need of the auto locking hubs for your Rodeo, let me know and you can have them for free. I found some SuperWinch manual hubs at Pull-n-Save for $30. Now I have shift on the fly, which I like.

You got lucky. Manual hubs for anything go fast at Pull and Save. I did find a set of auto hubs that work so I'm just happy I have 4wd right now.

Now that the Rodeo has been replaced as the 'family' car, I can make it my new toy!! I just have to get over the guilt of me having 4wd and the wife doesn't. I'm over it.
