700R4 Fluid Leak

I have a 68 camaro with a ZZ502 and a 700R4 (I was told the trans is from a 98 camaro). The tail housing on this trans is the 3 bolt mounting type (1 bolt hole on top and 2 on bottom). I'm having trans fluid leaking from the bottom rear most hole. I've checked all around the area and confirmed that it is comming from this bolt hole. My question is, is there any type of gasket inside that is leaking or do I have a crack and need to replace this tail housing? Has anyone else seen this? How much for a tail housing and how difficult is it to replace it?

The tailshaft housing has a sealing ring around its perimeter. The bolts should thread into blind holes, so they shouldn't leak. It may be more likely that the seal is leaking and running down to the bolt, but the case could also have some porosity/flaws causing the leak.
