hi all, i'm replacing the hub/ bearing and drive axles. the replacement axles i received have an inch smaller seal on the outer joint- 8" diameter compared to 9" to completely seal the inside of the knuckle.

anyone else have experience with this issue before?

Are you saying the 8 inch won't seal because its smaller diameter won't match the inside hub diameter? Sounds like something to bring up with the parts supplier.
