4X4 5.7 liter v8 170K miles .the above vehicle has a noise from the transmission much like when a bearing squeals. although muffled as its inside the transmission. when the truck is warm and is in neutral or park and increases with engine rpm. it goes away when put into gear but starts to come back as you drive away. i drained the fluid the other day and there was typical metal on the magnet. nothing major. fluid looked great. has been serviced at specified intervals. shifts seem slightly mushier but its hard to tell. has been parked for long periods of time. driven occasionally. any ideas. thanks
