It's a little slow but if some of these young ones realize who you are, they might come out and play.

I use mostly Copic markers and ink via Iwata airbrush on marker paper. I also have AD markers whick are totally different to use, they are bleeding a lot.

Price depends where you buy them and they don't even sell AD markers in Finland. I have buy them from USA.

Very good detailed work, I love the way you keep the blue pencil lines...
I think you have an amazing artistic identity in all your illustrations.

I use Copic and AD Markers, they are totally different when comparing each other. Ad is bleeding a lot and Copic is very sharp. I like them both.

I don't get to showcase my talent here very often. Well, I do, but no one ever comments on it. I'm starting to think I'm not any good. Anyway, I've seen of couple of your renderings, and I must say, to have your work published is very cool. It's a dream of mine. I don't consider this website or a personal website publishing. I would love for some magazine to pick up something I drew, simply because it was appealing. Welcome to the boards. I took a look at your site, which I never knew existed even though I've seen some of your work. I was wondering if you'd allow me to link it to mine. My site never gets looked at, but I don't want to add anything without permission. I like listing the personal inpirational sites I come by. Take a look! You're cooler than me. *G*

give yourself a break

artists comparing themselves or gauging their abilities by comparing it to what they think of another artists abilities has ruined more art careers than you can imagine.

Your art is about you and in you. Just draw....don't think, just draw.

It's not about comments or lack thereof, it's about art. the more you do, the better you get.

draw man, just draw, trust me...it'll work.

Wonderful work... inspiring! Welcome and please keep posting. And to Model Citizen... Listen to Lemorris... he is dead on! In Latin there is a phrase..."De gustibus non disputandum est,"... In matters of taste there is no dispute.

Art is subjective... regardless of your current talent level, just keep drawing, watching the talent of others in this forum, and trying to learn something everyday... Robo

Hey Janne, I saw your work in Rodders Journal, at the local Chapters book store (our Canadian version of Borders). And as much as I like your work you've posted here, there's something absolutely magical about leafing through a magazine and seeing it there...

Well done and congratulations on getting published!
