My Voyager stopped running on the road no foward or rev. I got it back to my house and aded fluid and now I have rev but no foward gears. It makes a lot of noise when I put it into drive or the lower gears but will not move. I noticed that it seems to make noise in park also. Thanks Win

Dude, this is going to be expensive. Chrysler's four speed automatic transmissions are notorious for failing (is it four speed/overdrive?).

It also shouldn't have been low. However, being low could damage it. Was there a leak? Was the transmission fluid "flushed?" What fluid have you been putting in?

You are looking at a transmission rebuild at this point. That will cost you well over a grand. Alternatively, you could go to a junk yard or somewhere else and get a used transmission. You'll need access to some expensive equipment to do a tranny swap yourself.

Yep, stick a fork in it; It's done.:uhoh:

Noise & loss of gears are a very bad sign.

Ya sounds terminal. You can drop the pan and if you see metal debrie it's an automatic rebuild.

mine did the same and the cv shaft broke in half so i replace it and know it is running but sometimes makes a thump noise and like its skipping and stays stuck in first gear. I had mine rebuilt about 4 years ago at contenetal transmission cost me $1800 with new torque converter. Good luck
