2001 silhouette transmission lines

My 2001 is leaking transmission fluid I found that both the line going from the transmission to the radiator have both a rubber and metal part the metal part of both lines have rusted. Coiuld someone tell me the steps on How to remove the lines from the transmission and radiator what tools do I need

i would use line wrenches on any fittings.trace the lines back to the trans and take them loose using line wrenches [don'use a cresent wrench as these will round off the fittings]. take the lines off and take them to a place that makes up transmission lines .they should be able to make you a set that will be exactly like your bad ones.route the new ones and tighten them up.as for the rubber parts take them to a parts store and see if they have the size.when you go to loosen or tightin a fitting backup the bigger fitting with another wrench or you will tear the whole fitting out of the radiator.
