On a 91 Eldo does anyone know the option code for the valet or remote starter system?:banghead:

My 91 Eldo has a valet sticker under the hood but did not come with any remote for that or the doors. I was asking if it could be factory or aftermarket which CD told me factory did not go back that far. I will start by looking around for the valet control box to see if I can’t find a brand and/or model number to see if there is a replacement transmitter available.

Valet is made by Directed Electronics which can be found just about anywhere. You can go to www.directed.com and look for a retailer around you. You could have the root around your car for probably nothing if you buy a new remote from them.
