hello , my 94 is not putting out great heat so i changed the themostate this morning and noticed the fan starts up right away and dosent shut off . the heat still is not that great..is this cause the fans running ? also the dash temp gauge isnt working...im guessing the temp sensor on the passenger side of the motor may be to blame for these two problems...any thoughts would be helpful...thanks

the ect is probably n/g or the connector is bad...that will cause the fans and the guage to be off...

these heater cores plug up easy...stopleak and gm sealant tabs will plug it up fast...by removing the heater hoses at engine blow out with water/air and you will notice that the flow will be greater...very common problem...fwd then rev flush blow..until it flows easy..
