is it firing? stick a phillips screwdriver in one of the plug wires and hold the screwdriver close to some grounded metal and see if it sparks as someone cranks it. if it sparks then you have a fuel problem.

My 2000 Silo just did this. I went to get gas for the van, my wife car, but die as I was very close to getting there. Ended up filling it up with a container, but now it does not start. It'll crank and appears to run/sputter for very short period of time and die. It just will not turn over. Was wondering what was your fix? Any advice or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Did you run it out of fuel or did it die with gas in the tank?

If you ran it out of fuel, you'll have to prime the pump a 1/2 dozen times or so before trying to actually start it.
You can spray a little starting fluid in the throttle body (or the air intake) and if it starts then quits, you'll know it's a fuel supply fault.

Perhaps a faulty fuel pressure regulator.

Tom,
You can try this too.

You said you replaced the fuel pump so that means the fuel filter was too.

Was the tank drained and thoroughly cleaned (and the old gas discarded) before reassembly?
