Glue the bed together. Just cut a section off of the front part. Or, make perfect measurements, and cut the bedsides before you glue it together. I've done something similar. http://img232.imageshack.us/img232/1458/72truck3pm8.jpg rambenna 11-27-2008, 11:04 PM I Like The Idea .keep The Pictures Coming ratpackv8sonly 11-29-2008, 01:31 PM Or if you like I make the short bed parts in resin. I made a corrected frame thats not one piece like the AMT kit. It has seperate suspension parts. I also do the bed with or without the trim. blubaja 11-29-2008, 03:17 PM Show us:) evo8owner 11-29-2008, 04:43 PM I can vouch for the resin castings from James (ratpackv8sonly) I have some of his parts, very good quality! Last picture is the short stepsid bed. im interested ratpackv8sonly!:grinyes: but let me see if i can do that myself first from another donor kit! Ferrari TR 12-11-2008, 10:54 AM Wow. just add a hood and grill... Where did that crew cab come from? I fit a 'Silverado' frame under my '72 GMC. Does anyone do a interior tub to get rid of the molded in seats? Or, I guess, know of a suitable interior to swap into the cab. ratpackv8sonly 12-11-2008, 08:27 PM Im working on a better interior for this kit as well with the seats removed from the floor. I will be casting it in resin as well with the full bench and the bucket seats seperate. Im also working on the long bed stepside mold, the 1967-68 cab mold, a better crewcab mold and a more detailed longbed frame like my shortbed frame. Ferrari TR 12-11-2008, 09:59 PM Thats cool. I do like the line of the earler hood better. blubaja 12-12-2008, 10:50 PM The 4 door is from RMR. He makes some really awsome stuff! http://www.freewebs.com/rmrresin/nf125.htm Automotive Network, Inc., Copyright ©2013
