What is the use of the 15A fuse between Hazard Flasher and Power Door Lock Circuit breaker behind the Passenger Compartment?

Sometimes its broke after starting car.

..most probable problem: a/c compressor clutch...

Tack!

The compressor doesn’t rotate any longer, so I change the belt to bypass it.
Is it only to disconnect the cable to the compressor until I have acquired a new one?

I don’t find anything about the fuse in my Haynes book, so It’s a very good book you have there, and I really appreciate your work with the scanning.

OK to disconnect the electrical connection to the compressor. That ensures the the clutch coil is out of the circuit. TO make sure you do not trig a code when the a/c is required (and that happens whitout you knowing whenever you choose the def or heat/def mode) unplug the refrigerant pressure switch passenger side, near radiator, behind headbeams.

About the rest of the circuits, this diagram is '93...I think the '92 3.8 did not have an EGR (at least in the Bonneville)..and it is reported that (lack of EGR) eventually caused problem with the exhaust valves. So EGR came back in "93.
