Exhaust swap on 00 Lumina

Was wondering how much work it would be to take the dual exhaust off a junked Lumina LTZ or possibly a Monte Carlo Z34 of compatible year and put it on my 2000 Lumina 3.1. I'm talking about everything after the cat, the pipe and both mufflers attached. I'm thinking it should be a direct fit because the underbody is essentially the same, I realize I would obviously need the heat shields and the mounting hardware with it. I'm just wondering if it would even line up and fit. Would I have to find an exhaust off of another 3.1 engine or would it not matter? Is it even possible without too much work? I like the way it looks and I dont mind some hard work, but if its going to get heavy into welding and bending pipes I dont think it would be worth it. Thanks for any input.
