I shall be very grateful if you could help me to figure out, what was going on with my Ford Windstar 1999 3.8 since I've notice that it is vibrating when it will go idle at 2000rpm. Your prompt help is highly appreciated. Thanks and regards.

Are you saying that when you start the vehicle it idles at 2000 rpm? Does it come down when warm ? Is the "Check Engine Light" on ?

No, not during starting. Yes, it come down when warm" I've had just changed IAC few months ago. Hence, this happens this week up to date. Well, after start up it idle on 1000rpm.. seem ok... but, when I press the accelarator or during running on the road, i've noticed this vibration and I feel it from the steering. However, If I accelerate the car at 3000rpm its ok.. you will feel nothing until it reach 120KM/hr. Your help is greatly appreciated..

If you feel the vibration while driving that would lead me to suspect the front bearings. Check them. When is the last time the front end was aligned ? The high idle may be a different problem. When you replaced the IAC did you clean the port also ? Does the engine run rough like a miss or is it fairly smooth ? If it is running rough I would take a look at the link I posted. Just some ideas from what I have seen go bad on these vehicles. Hope it helps.

So the noise is related to speed of the vehicle or the speed of the motor? If its speed related I would say check tires or bearings. If its related to the speed of the motor then it sounds like a motor mount or possible inner CV Joint. Not the definitive list, but a good place to start.
