98 cirrus. I replaced the water pump/timing belt/fan belts/ Now when the power steering fluid warms up it bubbles out of the reservoir

Wow, never heard of that. Are you saying the fluid is getting aerated. When you look at the fluid, is it clear? I've seen this happen on a transmission when a seal went bad, causing the pump to suck air and churn it into the fluid.

Regarding the timing-chain & water-pump, I'll be doing that on my 99 2.5L in the spring. Did you have any difficulty, or have any tips to share?

ADDED INFO:
Came across a post elsewhere where mixing different type p/s fluids caused a frothing problem. You might want to drain & refill the p/s fluid to eliminate that possibility.
