92 Cavalier head removal

I have run into quite a perdicerment. I was changing the spark plugs in a 1992 Cavalier (4 banger) I recently obatined and whoever had the car last that put the old plugs in stripped out the threads and they werent easy at all to get out. Needless to say one broke off inside of the head and is so stuck in there that nothing will get it out (ez-out, PB, heating it up, cutting--being careful not to get filings inside the hole). So now I must take the head off and have it taken out and rethreaded (might as well do all 4 of them). How hard is it to do this proceedure on this model of Cavalier? Will I need to lift the engine or what? The only thing I have done remotely similar to this was replace a head gasket in an old Honda that I used to have, and it was entirely different. Thanks.
