2000 chevy malibu heater wont blow, i checked all fuses.. any help

Is it the blower motor that doesn't work or just in the heater (floor) mode? Does it blow in vent, defrost, etc?

Nothing blows.. just like a fuse. heat but not blowing.. Is there a relay for this blower?
