does the horn work? if the horn and cruise control are both not working then the clockspring in the steering column is broken. you should have a torgue convertor relay in the fuse box under the hood. take the t/c relay and swap it with one of the others in the back row all of them should be the same.remember which ones you swapped out and see if the t/c will work now. if so then go get a new relay.

i cant find a fuse box on that truck there is a control box but dont no if there is a relay in it.the overdrive and cruise work when the truck is cold.
