my uncle is currently looking for parts for a 1969 Barracuda for a full restoration
if anyone can help me find the parts for it that would be great

Pick up an issue of Hemmings News. Plenty of stuff in there. Or google it for info.

depending how far you want to drive for parts, check out this web page, missourimopar.com and scroll down to miscellaneous parts cars and you will find some of what you are looking for.
Also I beleive there is a mopar show/swap meet every year in Saskatchewan every summer, try Googling that.
try Kijji or ebay found parts cars there in Manitoba every once in a while.
