When I shift it into D,R,N,Low, and P the car will hump or move a little, kinda of annoying but do I need to change my transfer case out or will it be okay for a while?????????

Check your Ujoints and transmission fluid level. If your Jeep isn't lifted, those are the usual causes.

Your transfer case shouldn't be an issue for that, IMO.
