"96 XR7 How to remove passenger door panel

Please advise how to remove the passenger door panel in order to gain access to the power door lock assembly. The power unit is not working on the passenger side only. Please advise in detail how to remove the panel with out damage to the panel or mounting hardware. Any special tools required?
