H22 in 90-93 integra?

Is it possible to put a H22A in a 92 integra GS-R ? How hard is it to convert from a cable tranny to a hydraulic ? How much would it cost after buying the engine ($2200 for the complete changeover). Someone who knows about this stuff please let me know.
