Has anyone dealt with this company or purchased one of thier engines?if so are they a reliable company and do they build good engines

No, I haven't - but I've bought a 327 crate engine this past summer from Tuff Dawg engines (out West).
They were great to deal with and the price was good. It included shipping.
I'd buy from them again if that helps you.
