I guess I'm not the first one here who faced with the problem of rattling heat shield on the catalytic converter :)
After brazing it to the catalytic converter that helped for
a while I decided to replace it with a new one.
I tried searching online and found nothing :(
I contacted Honda service station and learned that
they charge $50 (!) a piece=$100 for the whole heatshield. It's a very thin metal part that shouldn't cost more than $10 in a good day since the heat shields for other vehicles are sold at this price everywhere.

The question is - where can one find this wonderful part
at a reasonable price?
Thanks

only place i know is the dealer.i no others will disagree but i've removed more than i replaced. most times you can just get away with removing the bottom shield

How about junk yard?

junk yard is a good idea for most of the parts but not for this one. It's way too thin to live till the death of the vehicle. It's rusting-through and rattling is a common problem. Plus, it's not trivial to unmount it from the
catalytic converter since all the bolts are stuck.

I'm going to solve the problem by brazing thick holders to the shield I have and bolting it back to the catalytic converter. It's about an hour of my time, $5 in materials and it'll probably last for a couple of years.
