99 Blazer Replace Washer Tank02184 10-25-2008, 11:50 AM My windshield washer tank on my 99 Blazer we fill it and overnight it leaks to @ 2 inches from the bottom of the tank. Can't find the info any place. Thanks cbec1999 10-25-2008, 12:37 PM Have you removed it to look for cracks? If the plastic tank is cracked, you can probably seal it with RTV. 02184 10-25-2008, 01:38 PM I guess that's my question, does anyone know how to remove the tank? Thanks scholzee 10-27-2008, 02:46 PM You have to remove the air filter box , one 10 mm nut and loosen clamp to flex hose going to maf. I believe its one 10 mm screw near top of tank that holds it to wheel wheel and then kind of pulls out. There are 2 pumps in the tank that push in a rubber groumet and then snap into the tank near the top of pump which presses in down and holds it in place. I better your lower pump is leaking by the groumet or a hose came loose you will be able to see better with the air filter box out. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
