Did the performance upgrades help the fuel mileage? What improvements did you notice with the chip? Vehicle price? Thanks Z /

Well, when I plugged the chip in I went for a 3 hour drive and gained about a 3rd of a tank. compared to without it.

there is more throttle response with the throttle body spacer, and I imagine I am getting around 25-28mph

I haven't put on the headers yet...but that will improve it a little more still.

I am asking $8000

25 - 28?
That must be miles per Imperial gallon, not US gallon.
In US gallons, that's about 21-23.
No offense, but I'm skeptical of that!
I wonder if you actually calculated based on mileage readings before and after a fill-up.

well...sorry for making you a skeptic...:eek7:

All I know is that when I added the Chip I got more torque and a BIG gain in fuel economy on the hiway...

I filled up 2 weeks ago and all I do is drive 12kms to work and 12kms back plus about a 8km round trip to church on sunday, which is 256kms of in town driving so far and no other driving...and I have about 1/2 a tank still left...so if your 5.9L Durango can get APPROX:512kms per tank IN TOWN. then I guess all that money I spent on upgrades was for nothing.:banghead:

LOL, glad you're doing so well!
But seriously, calculate the actual fuel economy...none of this "half a tank left and I drove to church and back X times", stuff ! !
Give us a real number.
Inquiring minds want to know :)
