Looks good so far. I have this kit too and have noticed that the top of the windscreen frame is far too low and needs to be raised up quite a bit to look correct. Have a look at some pictures of a real Fairlane and you will see what I mean. It is quite easy to do by filing the windscreen opening to the correct size and then use a scriber to re-scribe the frame line.

I have just fpund a couple of pic's which hopefully show what I mean. The first one is before increasing the windscreen opening size the 2nd two are after.

Nice progress, its always a good idea to test fit evrything before paint. It seems like i always skip this part and end up with problems. Keep us updated. Paint it candy red!!!

Although I don't feel that the cobra hood goes well with the body lines of the car, you did do a fantastic job of molding it in place.

To give you some inspiration, I want to show you what I did to my 53 Vickie with some leftover Mustang interior parts....ok, I used the entire interior, but I did have to cut a LOT of stuff up, and do a LOT of fabrication to pull it off. Uh, huhuhu, I said pull it off.

sorry for the blurry pic, but it's the best I could get.
