I have an 87 Toyota Tercel. On my way home one night, my headlights and flashers stopped working. I checked the fuses under the dashboard, I'm not sure how t check the relays under the hood. How can you tell if there not good?

You'll need to remove them and use a voltage source (5 Volts?) to test them. Wish I knew more to help you...double check the fuses, sometimes they only LOOK okay.
