The crankshaft sernsor is a P0315. If you have a P0302, try repairing that code and erasing the memory. This should cure the P0316. Good luck. lolohighs72 10-14-2008, 10:19 PM how would i fix the 302 i have spark i have fuel im lost man im not really sure where to start i just recently replaced everything it could be a vaccume leak but i dont hear any leaks shorod 10-14-2008, 11:20 PM One place to start would be to use periods in your posts so we can tell where one thought ends and the next begins. A misfire can be due to spark, air/fuel ratio, or compression. Spark can easily be intermittant. The symptoms you describe though sound common for a spark misfire. Since you say the plugs and wires are relatively new, make sure the wires are seated securely on the plugs. Are the wires quality wires? If not, it wouldn't be all that surprising if one or more of the ends have poor crimps. -Rod vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
