My neighbor's Truck Has No Spark He Has Replaced The Ignition Coil, Cap And Rotor,please Help I Am Completely Stomp I Think It Is The Pick Up Coil Please Give Feed Back. he has a 1987 F250 460 Big Block

Is there +12 volts getting to the ignition coil?
