Ok what the hell is an Uplander an SUV or a Minivan? My mom just bought one and I got into an argument with her she said it was an SUV but think it's a flippin van.
I know its a crossover but what do you really think??

It is basically a minivan with SUV features. It was meant to be a "filler" to get GM from the Venture, a true mini van, to the new Traverse debuting this Fall. Some features of the Uplander give it the SUV "feel' such as a re-designed front end to appear more "truck-like" and 17" tires, versus 15" on the Venture let it sit up higher.
Having owned both vehicles, I like the Uplander better as like I said previously, you sit up higher, making you feel like you're in an SUV, and the front end , which is longer/larger, making it easier to work on the engine.
The use of "crossover" is widely used and can be interpreted in different ways from one manufacturer to the next, but basically it's a minivan in SUV clothing :grinyes:.
