heater hose pipe name?

I have a metal pipe that is rusting from the inside that I need to replace. It is the pipe that is connected to the smaller heater hose and goes to the engine block I believe. Any idea what this is called, part #, etc. Thanks.

It's the water pump heater return tube. For my '93 Cherokee it's part # 5300 7978.
