I have an exhaust leak coming out of the right side of my exhaust. I am not sure exactly what my exhaust system consists of but it is like out of the donut or what ever it has. What does that consist of? Gasket?

Usually a special one sided donut type gasket.
Is the exhaust pipe bolts lose or can you get them off without twisting them off?
If so I would replace the donut.
