1990 f-150 302 change timing chain also?

It seems the water pump went out on my 1990 f-150. It has a lot of miles on it. Should I replace the timing chain also while water pump is out of the way? Anything else I should do at this time?

If close to or over 100,000 I would change the timing chain.
