I have a/c but no heat.

We're going to need more information, such as do you have the manual controls or the electronic controls? Have you checked anything, such as coolant level? Were there any symptoms leading up the the no heat? Any recent service? What does the temperature gauge in the instrument cluster show for engine coolant temperature?
