92 Camry Idling ProblemLee9511 09-22-2008, 05:26 PM Hope someone can help. My son has an intermittent idling problem with his 92 Camry (4-cyl). Most of the time, the car idles perfectly. But every now and then the idle drops to where the car almost stalls. I was just under the hood looking for a vacuum leak, the car was almost stalling, when suddenly it went back to a smooth idle. I've changed the plugs, air filter, and fuel filter. Can't find any loose or broken vacuum hoses. Any ideas? JOET/CAMRY 09-23-2008, 12:27 AM Hope someone can help. If it is sticking it can be cleaned instead of replaced. Search the forum for IAC Cleaning. It's been discussed many times. Good luck. They might get clogged by carbon deposit. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
