choices

I own a Black 92 Accord Ex with only 121,000 miles. My transmission (5spd) is still good, minus a 5th gear grind. My clutch and throw-out bearing are wearing out as well. I am burning up to a quart of oil every three weeks now. In general... the engine and tranny are reaching the point of either a rebuild... or a replacement. I can afford about $4000.00 out of pocket right now, so my choices are as viable as they seem to be open!

My car is stock and without the normal rust found on the Accords in Jersey. What should I do? Buy a new head and clutch... drive on, or should I swap. I know I definately like the look of Strodda's black 91 Accord. I don't race... much, not with this set up. I do however, like to try to catch the numerous BMW's I see on the freeway... even if I end up failing most times.


Suggestions anyone?

just run some z-max thru the engine. i did it on mine and i doesn't burn anymore oil and the idle is a lot better

do you have to use that zmax every month or was it a one time shot?
