Cold air intake is realy easy to do and ads some beefyness. Also cherry bomb makes it sound really good

Why don't you cruise "You Tube" and get some samples of others who did muffler modifications for their V-6's I beleive some even dual exhausted their's and it appears to sound pretty good.

One very popular route (at least for the 3.5's) is to swap in a used R/T exhaust. It should bolt right up and will give you a nice tone without being obnoxious for a cheap price. Post an add on craigslist and I'm sure you will find someone willing to clean out their garage and make a few bucks.
