I have a 2001 Tahoe LT 2WD. The front wheel squeak while driving (pretty loud). They do not squeak during braking or turning. The brake pads and rotors are good. Had the pads replaced and rotors re-surfaced last year. Idiots at 2 different repair shops cannot fix it. Not sure if something is rubbing (dust guard) or if the hub bearings are bad or what.
Please Help

this sounds like what would happen when your brake pad wear indicators are touching the brake rotor ..

this may be the front wheel bearings .....check for play , should not move much in/out...up/down..if its too loose this is your problem
