Does anybody know of paint issues withe these trucks? I have several 'blisters' showing up. I went to the dealership, the guy in the bodyshop mentioned this was an issue on the fleetside. I just got the truck, it has 97000km (58k miles). What about the 'goodwill' policy after the original warranty has expired?

Talk to the SM, tell him what the body shop says, he will contact the zone rep for possible consideration if this is a " known" problem.
